Scopus: Home

Scopus is an all peer-reviewed Abstract & Index database. The database includes publications from more than 7,000 publishers in more than 220 countries around the world, covering the fields of natural sciences and engineering, social and human sciences, health sciences and life sciences, and in more than 40 languages.

Contents include-

• Journals: all disciplines, including 14,558 in natural sciences, 15,167 in medicines, 14,533 in social sciences, and 7,818 in life sciences; including more than 28,000 active peer-reviewed journals, 6,618 golden OA journals, more than 20 million fund information, 1.8 million preprint records, and all journals have complete metadata, abstracts and cited references, and citations can be traced back to 1970.
• Conference: There are more than 150,000 conference proceedings and more than 11.9 million conference documents.
• Book: More than 74,000 book series, 318,000 independent books, more than 2.7 million book records. Also included more than 49 million patent records of the five major patent organizations.

Through the Scopus database, you can search about 17 million authors profiles in various fields around the world, view academic indicators such as authors scholarly output, citations, and H-index; tracking publications as first author/corresponding author, and view the author's research topics in the past five years.
