 IEEE publications cover various technical fields, including electrical and electronic engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, communications engineering, biomedical engineering, robotics and automation, semiconductors, nanotechnology, and power engineering. The IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL) is the most comprehensive and valuable online digital resource under IEEE, providing innovative literature information through an intelligent search platform.

The IEEE/IET Electronic Library (IEL) database provides publications from IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology):

• More than 170 IEEE and over 20 IET journals and magazines, one BLTJ journal, totaling more than 400 (including past journals and renamed journals)
• More than 1400 IEEE conference proceedings and over 20 IET conference proceedings are published each year, with a total volume exceeding 17,000
• Over 60 VDE conference proceedings, with more than 4500 papers
• Over 2600 IEEE standards (including current standards and archived standards, draft standards require additional purchase)
• Over 3 million full-text documents, providing full-text literature from 1988 onwards, with some historical documents dating back to 1872
