Course Description

This course concerns the development in childhood and adolescence. It examines in-depth changes in cognitive, social, and emotional development that occur during these development phases. The course will include an overview of major research methods and theories in childhood and adolescence research. Research on the major issues in childhood and adolescent development will be covered, including linguistic development, numerical knowledge, and social‐emotional development.
